In 2008, Lees Avionics Ltd was purchased by Gama Group, the award winning international service provider for aircraft charter; service and maintenance including modification, leasing and management. In 2011 Gama Group purchased MAGE at Fairoaks Airport and it joined together with Lees Avionics under Managing Director Harry Lees and was re-named Gama Engineering Ltd. Gama Group currently has operations in the UK, USA, UAE and Far East.
